"Hey you… Yeah, you… Come over here. In this dark alley. You wanna to buy a set golf clubs -- CHEAP?!"
Okay, these clubs are not stolen; they just are lacking in the traditional quality that I would typically recommend on this site. However, there are a few redeeming qualities. Did I mention they are cheap?
The set comes with everything you will need to head to the first tee. There is a big driver and a 3 wood, two hybrids (a 5 and a 6), five irons (7 through Sand Wedge), and of course a putter. The irons are big, oversized cavity backs that are very easy to swing, but my favorites are the hybrid clubs. These clubs are the easiest to hit in the bag for long distances. Finally, the putter is a mallet-style putter which is also better for beginners because it is easy to line up and keep square.
If you are on a budget and you just want to try the game a couple times, this set will work. However, I'd recommend something with a little bit higher quality so that when you fall in love with the game, you don't have to go out and buy another set.
Take a look at the Adams Golf A7OS Starter Set and the Callaway Golf Solaire 9-Piece Complete Club Set. These sets cost a little more but will be with you a lot longer.
