When it comes to Tour Edge Exotics, feel is the first word that comes to mind. I'm not a huge fan of the look of these Exotic irons -- it's a combination of a classic look with some modern branding on the back. However, that's about all I can complain about.
These Exotic irons have a dual-density dampening system. This system absorbs a lot of shock in the short irons and gives you more power and forgiveness in the longer irons.
The best thing about the irons besides the soft feel is the forgiving cavity back design with the classic traditional heavy sole with thin topline. This gives you shot-making ability with a modern forgiving club face. What is not to like?
I would recommend these irons for all players. The higher handicappers may want a more game improving iron set like the TaylorMade Mens r7 Irons before they grow into these, and the scratch players may want a more traditional blade cavity style like the Titleist AP-2 Stiff with Project X 5.5 Shafts.
