Wow. These things are bright. They look more like Easter eggs than golf balls. One thing is for sure -- if you play these, you will never have to worry about somebody else hitting your ball on accident. (I hate that.)
These obnoxiously-colored balls are designed for seniors and juniors who are looking for the most distance possible with a slower swing speed. The ball has a 70 compression. For those of you who aren't golf ball scientists, 70 compression means the ball can easily be compressed by a slower swing, giving you longer drives. It has a dimple pattern designed to lessen side spin and give you a higher ball flight. The cover is made of surlyn. This material is very hard, which means it will be very durable.
I would recommend these balls to you seniors who are looking for a ball that will give you extra distance and be easy to spot from a long way down the fairway (and perhaps sometimes in the deep rough). If you want something with a little bit better feel and not so wild-looking, check out the Pinnacle Gold ball. My father plays these balls and he loves them.
