Okay, these clubs are not stolen; they just are lacking in the traditional quality that I would typically recommend on this site. However, there are a few redeeming qualities. Did I mention they are cheap?
The set comes with everything you will need to head to the first tee. There is a big driver and a 3 wood, two hybrids (a 5 and a 6), five irons (7 through Sand Wedge), and of course a putter. The irons are big, oversized cavity backs that are very easy to swing, but my favorites are the hybrid clubs. These clubs are the easiest to hit in the bag for long distances. Finally, the putter is a mallet-style putter which is also better for beginners because it is easy to line up and keep square.
If you are on a budget and you just want to try the game a couple times, this set will work. However, I'd recommend something with a little bit higher quality so that when you fall in love with the game, you don't have to go out and buy another set.
Take a look at the Adams Golf A7OS Starter Set and the Callaway Golf Solaire 9-Piece Complete Club Set. These sets cost a little more but will be with you a lot longer.

Let's take a closer look at this set and I'll give you an honest evaluation of what you are buying. I'll begin with the big dog and work my way down to the flat stick.
The driver has a big oversized 460cc head with 13 degrees of loft. The loft is high for a driver and is designed to help beginners hit the ball in the air more easily. The huge head is to inspire confidence. Although it's fun to swing this big stick, when teeing off I'd recommend you swing your 3 wood (with 17 degrees of loft) or 5 wood (with 23 degrees of loft) or even your 7 wood (with 26 degrees of loft). That is until you get more consistent with your golf swing, then move to the big stick.
My favorite clubs in the bag are the hybrids. This set comes with a 5 hybrid, a 6 hybrid and a 7 hybrid. Hybrids make the game so much easier for beginners and slow swingers. Unfortunately, when I was picking up the game, they didn't have hybrids. (I just had a stick with a rock tied to the end of it.)
The bag is actually pretty cool too. I don't usually like the bags that come with these inclusive sets, but this one is pretty cool. Not only does it have Callaway's cool branding on it, it has an insulated beverage pocket to keep your drinks cold. This could pay for the whole set if it keeps you from spending your cash on the beer cart out on the golf course.
The only thing I don't like about the set is the putter. Putters are pretty personal, and you should spend some time picking out a good one that fills you with confidence. Think about it, you hit your putter on average about two times a hole. (That’s if you are lucky.) What’s more is this is the scoring club. There are about a million different shapes, sizes and designs. For you beginners, I would recommend a mallet style putter (like the one that comes in this set) with a big alignment aid. The mallets are a bit more forgiving than the blades and you will make more short putts.
All in all, this is a good set for those just getting into the game. This set should last you for a few years until you become obsessed (like the rest of us) and take your game to the next level. For a smaller less expensive set, check out the Solaire 9-Piece Complete Club Set.

The driver is oversized with a 13-degree loft. The big clubhead will give confidence to swing away. Make sure you tee the ball up high for the deep face. The high loft will help you get the ball in the air -- sometimes a trouble area for the beginners. The fairway wood is also oversized and forgiving.
The hybrids are the best clubs in the bag. You will gravitate towards these clubs the quickest. I recommend hitting them off the tee and for almost every shot until you gain confidence with your driver and fairway woods.
The short irons are big, cavity-back clubs that are easy to hit into the greens from inside 100 yards. The bag is also pretty nice for a starter set. However, I would trade out the putter pretty quickly for a better quality stick. Demo some mallet putters until you find something that you can't miss with.
Another good starter set that I like a little more is the Adams Golf A7OS Starter Set. Both of these sets are comparable, but I like the Adams fairway wood and irons a little more.

Adams is one of the market leaders in hybrid clubs and is very adept at creating forgiving clubs that help beginner and intermediate golfers improve their game. This set comes with a driver, 5 wood, 5 hybrid, 9 and 7 iron, a sand wedge, a putter, and a bag.
The driver has a huge 460cc clubhead (the biggest that you will find) with a 12.5-degree loft. The big clubhead will give you more confidence at address, and the high loft will help you get the ball airborne and flying high. The 5 wood has Adam's typical low profile face that helps you hit shots out of the rough.
The 5 hybrid is my favorite in the bag. This club is so easy to hit. You may find yourself using it for almost every shot, even your tee shots. The short irons are large, cavity-back clubs that are very easy to hit from 100 yards and in.
This set also comes with a bag and putter, but I think you will probably want to upgrade these items after a few rounds. I would recommend demoing some higher-end putters as you improve and grabbing a snazzier stand bag for good measure.

This 15-piece set includes a big 460CC driver, a square 3-wood, a square 4-hybrid and 5-hybrid, 6-iron, 7-iron, 8-iron, 9-iron, pitching wedge, and sand wedge. And of course a mallet putter.
The set is designed for beginners with all the latest technology to help get your game off the ground. The shafts are lightweight graphite, and all the clubs have huge forgiving faces.
I've taught a few ladies to play golf, and the most difficult thing for them is to get the ball airborne. This is why I especially like the 4 and 5 hybrids in this set. These will quickly become your favorite clubs, and they will help you get the ball up and flying high. They are very easy to swing. I would even recommend using these to tee off with until you master the driver.
Finally, the bag and clubs are all matching purple. This is a very popular color on the LPGA tour. Make sure you look for a cool hat in lavender or grey to match, such as the Gogie Girl Women's Kelli Hat.

However, these Lady Tour Edges aren't a bad deal for a beginner. These clubs are designed to be forgiving of miss hits. The 8 iron, pitching wedge, and sand wedge have large cavity back club faces. The long iron is a #6 hybrid which is much easier to hit than a standard long iron. The driver and five wood have very large club heads with high MOI, and the putter is a mallet style, also with high MOI and a huge sweet spot.
My biggest criticism is these clubs come with a cart bag instead of a light weight carry bag. What's up with that? Is somebody trying to say that ladies don't like to carry their bag? This is very chauvinistic, and I'm going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as soon as I finish this review...
If you want to check out another set that I like just as much, but does have the carry/stand bag. Take a look at Top Flite's Lady XL Box Set. This set is cool because it has two hybrids as opposed to the 5 wood that comes with the Tour Edges.

Before we get to the technology of these clubs, let me start by saying that I really like the look of the carry/stand bag. I think the pink and grey is sporty looking, yet feminine. It's a cool look for a lady bag.
Now the good stuff -- let's take a look inside the bag. These clubs were designed for the beginner. It has a big ol' mallet putter with alignment stripes, and the irons are all very large forgiving cavity backs.
My favorites are the two hybrids, the 4H and the 5H. I wish they had hybrids when I was learning the game. These clubs are so easy to swing as compared to the old traditional long irons with the small club head.
Finally, the driver is a big 460CC forged club with a lightweight graphite shaft and weighted especially to help you square the club head. Grip it and rip it with this bad boy; just make sure to give it a test drive on the driving range before you head out to the first tee.
