Callaway idTECH Rangefinder Here's a pretty fancy rangefinder. Unless you're a tour caddie, I'm not sure I can see dropping this kind of scratch on a rangefinder. This guy is slick though. I doubt you're going to find a nicer one.

Let's take a look at some of the features. The first thing that is going to impress you is it's completely waterproof and fogproof. So go ahead and dive into the lake with it, especially when you need to get the distance from out of the hazard. They accomplish this waterproofing by filling it with nitrogen and sealing it with O-rings. Wow! Just like the space shuttle.

It has a multi-coated Nikon optic and 6x magnification and a range of up to 550 yards.

Before you throw down on this Rangefinder, you might want to take a look at the Callaway Player Series. It is very similar and a lot less expensive. You could also take a look at my favorite product, the Sky Caddie, which is a golf GPS that will give you exact yardages and a lot more.

Of course, if you are a tour caddie, then by all means please indulge in this cool waterproof nitrogen-filled rangefinder, and don't forget your snorkel.
