The Callaway HX Blue's secret is hexagonal! Whoa, cool!
This work of science uses a "criss-crossing network of tube-like projections that form hexagonal and pentagonal patterns around the golf ball." I slept through most of my science classes but I do know that a "pentagon" is a five-sided polygon (and/or where the Dept of Defense is located) and a "hexagon" is a six-sided polygon. Now, regarding a "polygon," I think that is bubble bath. (Wait, that's "Calgon.")
All joking aside, I like this golf ball. It is a multilayered golf ball designed to give the lower handicapper some spin and feel while still giving tremendous distance. This ball fits right in the middle between those rock hard ‘distance' balls and the premium ‘feel' balls.
I would recommend this ball for those golfers that want to buy a ball with a good feel and control, but doesn't want to shell out for the expensive Pro V1x.
You can get a good deal on these balls as well, paying just over a dollar a ball. Don't worry about the wear, as this golf ball is pretty durable. Also don't forget that Knetgolf offers a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee.
Finally, when you get the ball, look for those crazy hexagons!
